Leave It To Me currently serves West Islip, Bay Shore, Islip, East Islip, Oakdale, and Sayville. Requests outside the standard service area, unusually large or bulk orders, and rush requests can be quoted separately.

Every request gets a personal reply with availability, timing, and a clear quote, usually the same day.

Advance booking is always encouraged, especially for recurring services and larger requests, but same-day requests are always welcome when availability allows.

Send your list however is easiest for you, whether that’s by text, email, shared note, screenshot, or even a photo of a handwritten list. Before shopping, we’ll establish your substitution preferences so I know when to use my judgment, when to text you, and when to skip an unavailable item. I shop your list personally, deliver everything to your home, complete basic grocery put-away, and provide your itemized receipts.

Never. Unlike delivery platforms where item pricing and fees can vary by retailer and order, Leave It To Me charges one clear shopping fee. Your items are purchased at the store’s actual price, with receipts always provided. No markups and no hidden item pricing.

You choose what works best for you. I can use my best judgment for a comparable substitution, text you while I shop, or simply skip the unavailable item. We’ll establish your preference before your first shopping trip, and I’ll always shop as carefully as I would for my own household.

For shopping services, an estimated purchase amount is collected before the shopping trip. Once shopping is complete, you’ll receive your itemized receipts and any difference will be refunded or collected based on the exact store total. Your Leave It To Me service fee is kept separate from the cost of your purchases.

Basic grocery put-away means refrigerated, frozen, and pantry items are placed in their appropriate areas so you can come home to groceries already put away. Fridge & Pantry Stocking is a more detailed service that includes thoughtfully arranging and organizing your groceries for a cleaner, more functional space.

Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are currently accepted. Credit and debit card payments will be available soon.

Not necessarily. Depending on the service and once appropriate access arrangements have been made, you do not need to be home. Before the first in-home service, we’ll schedule a brief introductory visit so we can meet, go over your preferences, and make sure you feel completely comfortable welcoming me into your space.

Home access arrangements are discussed privately with each client and handled with care and confidentiality. I’m respectful of every home I enter and take cleanliness seriously. Shoe coverings are worn when entering client homes, and appropriate food-safety practices are followed during all kitchen prep services.

Yes. I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable before the first visit. We’ll schedule a brief introductory visit so I can meet your pet, learn their routine and personality, review feeding or walking instructions, and make sure everyone feels at ease.

I don’t provide cooking or baking services, but I do offer produce washing and chopping, snack prep, ingredient portioning, and meal prep so everything is ready when it’s time for you to cook.

No. Cleaning and housekeeping services are not offered.

General Concierge & Errands are billed at $45/hour, with a 1-hour minimum and additional time billed in 15-minute increments. Services with flat-rate pricing or package pricing are charged at the published rate, so you’ll know what to expect before booking.

Plans change, and I completely understand. Please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Bookings with a service fee of $75 or more require a 50% booking deposit to reserve your time. The deposit is applied toward your final service balance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the booking deposit being forfeited.
